What should you drink at a piano recital?

David YangI don’t know if it is true, but I heard that we only use 10% of our brain.

Never, in 24 years, have we sold out St. Paul’s. Thank you to everyone for bringing us to this point – to our all-volunteer board who have worked tirelessly to get us here, to the small army of people in the community who pitch in to help make each concert possible in all sorts of ways, and to St. Paul’s, our host since the beginning. We wouldn’t be here without you.
I’m delighted for the festival but feel for those who were unable to get tickets beforehand. For those who can’t make it, here is one of my favorite Vivaldi concertos played by the standout Italian baroque orchestra “Il Giardino Armonico.”

I’ll see some of you on Sunday. To all of you: Happy Holidays!

David YangI asked Michael if he knew someone local I could talk to about starting my one in town. That’s how I wound up on the phone with Jane.
